Research and Development
I'm curious about different people's approaches to research and development. I'm generally pretty prolific in terms of generating product ideas, but tend to get hung up on the subsequent stages in the development process. How do I take it from an idea to a prototype? Do I need to start making friends with more engineers? :)

Beside other part of the nation, larger part of Jharkhand State in India witness monsoon rain failure, which has been resulting draught and famine like situation. Citizens view it as one of the immediate consequence of the global climatic changes. We, as NGO personnel working at the grass roots, experience and find that migration to other places are on by poor family members in search of livelihhod. We, from this plateform, want to appeal all agencies and individuals to think the sitation and come forward to help the weaker sections at this critical time. We also think to do required R&D to cope with such climatic condition, which may even affect the availability of drinking water for next 12 months.
