This is an interesting project. Public money catalyzes private money, which directly hits one of the targets of the competition, and there seems to be good leverage. What these guys do is take a piece of the action and fund you against the profit, with a focus on energy. One thing to keep in mind is to make sure that it is going after the true “missing middle” and not focusing on businesses that are larger than SME.
