Through the AllWorldNetwork, I would like the R4D to support me in the on-going negotiations between the Government of Kenya (GoK) and the United States African Development Foundation (www.usadf.gov) in a most discreet manner so that the R4D can qualify for seed funding to launch your Local Currency Guaranteed Development Bond SME Loan Program in Kenya ahead of the pilot programs in Uganda and Rwanda. AllWorldNetwork can play an important role in creating a strategic partnership between the USADF and the Arab Gulf Programme for Development (AGFUND - please visit www.agfund.org for details). I played a small role in initiating discussions between the Government of Kenya (GoK) and the USADF through the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kenya (OPM) and I am aware that funding exists for the Kenyan component once a Host Country Accord has been signed. Anne can play an important role in this respect to give the planned ceremony adequate publicity, albeit as a suprise to the board of the USADF because such negotiations are always delicate and we need an experienced hand.
