All the best, The Changemakers Team
“I look forward to seeing how this initiative progresses, as it is practical, focused and likely to succeed. I couldn’t think of a initiative that socially would have more of an impact than this one, well done! Could this program be successfully implemented in other locations as well? I am very interested to see what success would look like in the long term. I love it because It speaks to a significant advancement in women’s rights and human development.”
“I thought the idea was great even though it still seems to be on its early stages and depends on funding. Maybe this is an opportunity to restructure the initiative’s financial model to free themselves from outside financial dependence, particularly government involvement. Beyond the finances, I thought this initiative is incredible because it deals not only with gender but also with property and land rights in a way that’s very innovative.”
- Changemakers “Cultivating Innovations: Solutions for Rural Communities” Judges: TED, General Mills, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, StuffedandStarved.org, Instituto de Pesquisas Ecológicas (Institute for Ecological Research).
