All the best, The Changemakers Team
“This was a practical and highly focused initiative with strong demonstration of knowledge on the subject matter. It reminded me of a banking system in that the initiative ensured that there is a security of reserves so people won’t starve in case of a crisis. Very interesting! ”
“This initiative was well designed in its methods to enable people to survive crisis and improve their life conditions. In terms of sustainability, I thought the initiative was well organized, but I had some questions regarding the sustainability of the demand for sea cucumbers. Because the initiative is dependent on an export market, if there are fluctuations in the foreign market or fluctuations in foreign tastes, the initiative could suffer. Are there any plans in the works to address this? Keep up the great work!”
- Changemakers “Cultivating Innovations: Solutions for Rural Communities” Judges: TED, General Mills, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, StuffedandStarved.org, Instituto de Pesquisas Ecológicas (Institute for Ecological Research).
