"D-Wallet" is the solutions that Susteq provides. It is a digital wallet that contains virtual credits. You go to a kiosk to charge it and you exchange your credits for water, energy or goods. All transactions can be monitored from a distance. If the water or energy system breaks down a mechanic is send on his way. Project transparency is greatly increased by providing investors, donors and other project responsibles with real time data.

Example

A water, energy or goods distribution point is installed in a community. Community members buy a D-wallet with start credits. Community members pay for these products with virtual credits. once they run out of credits the community members buy new credits at a kiosk in exchange for real cash money. the cash that is collected with Custeq technology can be used to provide maintenance, WASH projects, insurance or serve other community goals.

Marketplace

Competitors are manual cash transactions and water energy or goods monitoring. Also there are few other providers of water payment systems. Grundfos Lifelink is one of them. Market is big enough for more players, so I see no problem here.
