Stage of Innovation
1. Idea
2. Start-up
3. Growth
4. Established
5. Scaling

Peers will include all other Art promotion establishments we most likely work with as much as they are competitors because in as much as we deal or activities in different ways, there are also similarities which can sometimes make your venture look week as well as there are collaborations which will come into give each endeavor the weight it deserves. Most likely they will pose to our growth because seeing how much publicity we give our project which is very much to their benefit in exposing their products, they are most likely to support the venture rather than see it go down.

Problem

Mission: Our mission is to use Art and Talent to combat societal ills such as drug abuse, child abuse, etc, create employment and encourage entrepreneurial spirit in particularly youths so as to alleviate poverty while supporting the less privilege through out reach programs. Vision: Our Vision is to ensure that Art and Talent in Cameroon is substantial enough to change the lives of those who posses these talents as well as that of those around them positively

Solution

The need for our solution is based on the fact that Talent is one gift everyone posses and in helping each person discover what they posses and how they can put it to use, there will be an increase in self employment and entrepreneurship. By creating an avenue through which these potentials can be properly exploited such as Fairs, Exhibition grounds etc, there's satisfaction in the consumption of products thus meeting the expected and desired end point

Example

In our Program, we bring together different people with like or diverse work of arts and talents thus giving them that opportunity to learn from one another. In doing so we also create a market avenue though fairs which they have the opportunity to meet their consumers and besides selling their products, create other opportunities such networking. We also give producers the chance to display their work through stage performances and be appreciated by their consumers in a life performance. Also, organizing workshops to guide entrepreneurs most especially on how to hand their affairs through the odds of today's world is very innovative in the sense that it is the only program which brings together all these aspects under one platform allowing room for chain actions leading to an achievement of every parties goal. Also, being able to reach out to the less privilege is and indication that works of such which have always been regarded as menial can do more than serve the concerned.

Marketplace

The program carries out of lot of marketing, information citizens and the World at large of the activities of each year's grand event which has been properly planned to cover aspects which include: Ebony Talent Fair (A market for producers to sell their products, meet other producers, network etc) Ebony Youth Motivation Workshop (Bringing together resource persons to train especially the youths on most needed topics such as creativity and Innovation, entrepreneurship etc). Ebony Talent Contest (Which allows youths of various talents to compete in categories such as singing, drawing etc). Ebony Nite (During which already accomplished Talent / Art is displayed on stage for appreciation and consumption such as Fashion Design, Music, Comedy etc). Ebony Community Project (Which carries outreach program to the less privilege in our society such as orphans, hospitals etc by donating gifts of need).

The Ebony Project is a great initiative which will improve and change the lives of many in Cameroon in particular and Africa as a whole. It is a project which is most needed for today's world where the demand for entrepreneurship is on the increase. We all need to be a part of it because we all benefit from it.

I have not only attended almost all the editions of the Ebony Project but I have participated and a producer at the Talent Fair marketing my products. It did me a great deal not only selling what I had but also creating other other opportunities such as meeting people doing the same things I do as well as a chance to get big demands in consignments for my products. I do Marking of various sorts and many other types of hand work
