About the Need:
We want to set up some micro training and production centers in villages so that development can be done in clusters.
Currently we are employing 41 women,trained 18 people with physical difficulty, trained 30 girls who were rescued from forced domestic labour. there are four projects pending in 4 villages of 350
women as on 31st march' 2012. need the investment to start micro trainig centres for
employment so that the women can work from near their homes.
We are making Home decor products like Lamp-shades. We use Water Hyacinth which is a natural waste and as such our production cost is low and there is a huge opportunity as Indian Handicrafts market is more than Rs.40,000. crores.
The number of people who are interested to join us are increasing. Thus when our sales will increase we will be able to scale up our production and hundreds of people will get livelhood.
