We need funds designing & launching of website and purchase hardware

We seek funds to establish a website exclusively for dissemination of important information locally. Coming with it we will need 150$ per month for 6 months=900$ for a full-time staff who will man the site responsible for searching for all important new information and liaise with volunteers to translate the info and upload it as soon as possible. We will also need 100$X6months=600$ for stipend for volunteers attached to the project. We also need some funds to purchase more hard ware purposed for enhancing our work on this project. We also welcome donations of old or used hardware that will reduce our worries on this issue.
