Agriculture and state of the art electric vehicles roads. A Pollution free environment by a newly developed water filtration and treatment system. The Proposal has been available to the world since December 24th 2010... it has been seen by people in almost every country... It was achieved by social media and face to face communication. First years views register in at over 9000 views.

Example

The idea began with one building you could call it a "dream home" but grew fast into an entire community of individuals and needs to be filled. An album was released September 9th 2009, the song titled -Land Isn't Owned- was the first building block shown to the world. Following that song a 3D model and video were made and released December 24th 2010. The inspiration for the project came from the creator. "We are creation and pieces of each other." -Ryan M. Venti- The community that is presented is free of paper trails but full of the advancements, we as a civilization have made. Instead of credit by dollars it's a credit but completed tasks. One that has good credit got there by being responsible to there own duties. The offices that will house this information would do the same, but instead of numbers they are keeping track of completed tasks. The political structure is spread equally amongst it's contributors, if you offer a helping hand then your say matters in the development of the community. The importance of the community will become very apparent to the world when the surplus of supplies are spread amongst the needing areas. The growth of the project is it's purpose to spread in all areas of growth. People are number one, but because there are so many people, pulling together and designing ideas is also number one. It's much more effective than struggling to provide for oneself. Land is needed, some where to work, build, and prosper is needed for people to grow. Teachers are needed to spark the minds of our future, to pass down ideas of our past, and to bring forward our present. Leaders are needed to begin the long process of inspiring others to get involved. Materials & resources are the major factor in completing a project, these two key pieces play a major role in the development of a child's mind. Determination, self reliance, and communication. Technologies and tools. Plants, trees, animals, fish, birds and insects. Earth. "The Proposal" is that we build communities that are not only self sustaining but will create a surplus that we can share with the world. There is a place for educational meetings and entertainment. New innovations in the areas of energy, water, agriculture, irrigation, sports, outdoor recreation, housing, and transportation. Your idea's are what make the community great. The competitor is the monetary system, and the peer is the human race. The monetary system has controlled this world for thousands of years, building a system was not easy but it has been done and it has surpassed the monetary system by far. Some of the rich may see the system as a joke... but anyone with a moderate thought can see it is perfect for the community, and even the future cities. A surplus will be provided by the community to the world and the communities comradery will be a new focal point for the rest of earth to follow.
