The innovation has been focused to rich people since many years but nothing has been done to reduce the drudgery of working class people. through this design i have tried a little to think and work for them, so the effort had worked.
The device has got NATIONAL AWARD FROM "NATIONAL INNOVATION COUNCIL OF INDIA".
we are looking to get funding to scale and promote it to production level.
"OUR DREAM IS TO REDUCE THE DRUDGERY OF WORKERS".

Problem

"The primary focus is to drive innovation that benefits the common working man like FARMERS,CONSTRUCTION WORKERS,COOLIES AND ANY PERSON WHO LIFTS AND MOVE OBJECTS. For too long, innovation has been focused on the problems of the rich. The kind of ideas generated by this Innovation Challenge are just a starting point to engage the wider community to solve problems for the bottom of the pyramid." we have started an initiative to reduce the drudgery of these working class people.

Solution

the design works to reduce the drudgery of workers by distributing the load from the head of worker to his shoulder. it does so by using four vertical pipes and flat plate over head. its little modification can be used in special works like to use it for sugarcane fields/ go-downs and other type of heavy lifting works. it helps both in lifting and moving the objects.

Example

it uses four vertical pipes that can be fitted to body by using the belts and a flat plate over it. modified design can be used to lift and move the materials easily. hence it is a multipurpose multitasking mechanism for moving lifting the objects easily. it can be used by Farmers,Construction Workers,Coleys and all labors.

Marketplace

National innovation council is trying to design such a policy's to give dignity to labors like providing mobile toilets, new safety plans and the devices like ours which will give dignity to them. obviously we will have a great potential to scale up as a social enterprise. in India there are over 600 million farmers and 8 million construction workers. with such a great potential to scale up we are now ready to hit the market. initially we are collaborating with sugar-mills in our area. we don't have any competitor till now so the future is ours.... leading manufacturers of construction products, or farming implement industry. the product is new in the market so once it is scalled we will have great opportunity for our social enterprise.

W e have got incubation and very happy that VAJRA will soon enter into the service of human kind....
we also got positive response from the central govt institutions like BMTPC for pilot phase and implement them in real works.
This will a first step in the history of Indian workers and laborers that they are gonna have a change in there
traditional working methods....
we hope that they will respond it greatly...

the great thing happen in our campaign that workers blessed us for our vision and work for reducing the working class community.
Since still a thousands of years of development never changed the working style of farmers and construction workers, VAJRA is the only device which is going to relief the pain of workers. We are proud of our work......

also the design has been discussed with the "NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH' (NIOH) for its all aspects like physical impact and gender concern. also its been discussed with "NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF DESIGN" AHMADABAD, and the changes has been made so that it will be perfect and market ready.
