TeenPlus Ghana Foundation is an NGO and human institution which focuses on young people between the ages of twelve and nineteen years and takes them through a mentoring programme. Its aim is that these young people are well informed and have adequate knowledge to start life with by the time they get out of school. The village, NBV, with its low population and low financial base has been ignored by several companies and the government of India. Despite efforts by the Government of India to bring electricity to the village of NBV, the problem still exists.
Our approach is therefore an intervention strategy aimed at instituting a dependable nighttime solar lighting system in NBV by providing resources in form of the solar panels and power distribution equipment’s, and also providing sustainability through MGP (a solar electrification company).

Of all persons with disabilities, those with a serious mental illness face the highest degree of stigmatization in the workplace, and the greatest barriers to employment worldwide. Worldwide research shows that people with a mental illness want work; see employment as feasible & important to their recovery, and an unmet need of them.
