Training organisation CECEM has gained some experience in Vietnam with leadership development programs (leading yourself, your group, and your society). It would now like to offer the program to students from secondary schools and universities (though competition, and/or fee based). The Vietnam Television youth channel VTV6, is imagining a reality TV series that follows the personal development of the students on the CECEM program. The series has the potential to capture the attention of large numbers of youth in Vietnam.

Reason:

I know that innovators Tam (CECEM) and Loan (VTV6) will make this project happen faster if these ladies have a bit of starting capital. Loan is like a Vietnamese version of Oprah: she knows how to mainstream sensitive issues.
