Dear Roma,

Congratulations on your initiative to transform the rural panorama of India.

We are also working on similar lines to empower the marginalized rural poor who are voiceless and powerless, as most do not have the courage of connections or cannot buy decisions in their favour (Please see our entry for more details).

Towards amelioration of the poor, we have developed e-Administration, an e-platform, for e-governance.

We have doen filed pilots and found the initiative successful. We have been invited by Govt. of Bihar to implement the first pilot for them, which we propose to start shortly.

I think, there can be good synergy if we can mutually support each other for the common benefit of the citizens and the country.

Looking forward to a positive response and the pleasure of working with you.
