Mathematically there is no correlation between 3 different organisational performance periods: historic quarters, current year, compound 4+ years future consequences. In 2000, the DC economics/law institutes Brookings/Georgetown issued a shocking report "Unseen Wealth". Most of the world's largest organisations are not being governed around flows relevant to what truth/consequences they are compounding. Innovation

Changing Economics
Our networks originated with experts in how powerful systems and media are operated. Power can be exerted to good or bad ends. We make presentations at global risk and reconciliation conferences on the coming wars between goodwill and badwill networks, and train others to do likewise

Hi-trust auditing maps very simply:

A-accountability to truth of entrepreneurial context
B-Bursting no flows of trust or working connections across departments, hierarchies or networks of organisations
C-zero tolerance of conflicts between any productive or demanding source connected by the organisational system

How can any hi-trust leader quarrel with the value of mapping these human relations connections?

Understanding a map as the simplest system tool is crucial. It's impossible for a company to know whether it is compounding sustainability's exponential if its people do not have a communal map. It is impossible to be transparent at boundaries without a map. It's impossible to empower entrepreneurial truth of purpose without a map - because all three are system qualities connecting productive and demanding sources of the organisation and the wider networks it is a part of.

HOW TO PROMOTE TRANSPARENT DEMOCRATIC ROUNDTABLE CONVERSATIONS WITH 10-WIN MAP
1 Remember that your conversation is contextual and can only be as good as the information assumptions you lay out on the table
2 The red data comes from Transparenct Intl-Ashoka dvd of Peter Eigen. Let's discuss what relevance it could have had to Tony Blair before choosing to ally with Bush's Iraq war. It would suggest that the day after toppling Saddam, the 3 transparency leadership governings of most importance were transparency of energy, arms, and construction. Whatever else the qualification of a Bush from Texas (Enron/Exxon land), a Cheney of construction industries and a nation that spends more on arms than any other, this was not a wise team to ally with for a transparent future Iraq. The play-writer Harold Pinter argues that human sustainability will depend on how fiercely we as citizens question our democratic leaders. Either Tony Blair did not know the most elementary transparency international data or he made the least transparent decision by a Prime Minister in my life time as a Brit. Of course through this interactive media, I (chris.macrae@yahoo.co.uk) would love to learn if there is another interpretation

3 In green, I have over-simplified some of the empowerment economics data patterns (of the sort that a leading British economist (aka my dad) argued in 1984 would be vital to design into the way we unite round globalisation) that appears most relevant of we are going to ensure we bridge digital divides before we progress a knowledge empowered and inter-networking century. Again you can contextualise greater detail, but as Sir Nick Stern presented in his famous World Bank speech of 2005, transparent policy out of this institution depends on integrating this sort of information. The relative failure to invest in exponential development economics during the first 50 years of the world bank would appear to relate to this data not having been included in system decision mapping.

Like Sir Nicholas Stern, we define the only sustainable globalisation as one which integrates every locality in a transparently mapped way. As per this 1984 extract on Death of Distance's future history, in a networked world , economic paradigms that do not see a lasting strong economy as being generated by healthy society are not sustainable

By clarifying the most coherent 10-win cases at http://worldeconomist.net we can invite the world's 1000 largest organisations to a mother of all benchmarking parties. Unless the 1000 biggest organisations are prepared to unite simultaneously in being the most responsible, the most sustainable and the least corrupt benchmarks that human spirit can design, then there is not much point expecting that smaller organisations will, on their own, change the world in time.

007 is our 24th year of debating how near to irreversibility we have reached on the 7 crises that we have been tracking since 1984 as defining whether the Death of Distance generation will be the sustainable one or not. In 008, we will publish 2 major books guiding you to the highest trust collaboration (top-up) entrepreneurs are 25 years of searching have mapped thus far. The books will be open source so that local networks can republish their own travel guides mixing what they like from the worldwide benchmarks with what they select locally. In 2012, London invites the world to scrutinise all local to global travel guides - if enough sustainability knowledge flows have not been found we will demand the BBC as world service broadcaster either takes over the project or is closed down.

The world is now too crowded for zero sum economics to be the globalisation paradigm. World citizen networks -and their global village meetings such as ted.com, microcreditsummit, Clinton Global Initiative- will need to encourage the system transformation needed. Sustainabilityclub.com ranks world meeting league table

5 year Intercity Collaboration Program : Passports to Sustainability
The battle for the convenience of truth is ultimately about open networks and societies rules of the game where transformational changes to media and education will depend on intercitizen actions.

Historic Fallibility: In the late 20th Century, young people were increasingly deprived of voice and real community in an old and selfishly polluted world -a world embedded with laws wriiten in stone such as where accountants still count people as costs to cut, only machines and thing-stocks can be booked in as investments. But young people also propagate how fashion waves. Why not demand that sporting heroes twin their limelight with heroines with a human sustainability cause. Why not link together the best practices of the internet with the most communal real meeting practices such as open space

Delivery Model

Every large scale social or economic disaster was a system problem. Mathematicians are taught that true system reconciliations are tricky because you need to interface context and multiple systemic solutions combinatorially - there is no one systemic intervention that will cure all systems that are at the high risk stage of breaking apart. However, two of the most connecting interventions you can make involve:
what's the number 1 measure we will unite people's attention around? (what you measure is only what you get but what the system will compound)
what's the communal and communications intervention?

Above. we have introduced how maps provide the missing lens for sustaining exponential progress, and at we show cases of how this unites everyoe's compound interst including owners, societies, business partners and customers and workers. Let's look at communications

Living & Learning Brand Transparency
In the 1990s, I pioneered this practitioner genre with the book Brand Chartering. However I made one big mistake. We had got as far as the acronym ADEP*T - ie Actions, Direction (eg budgeting), Experience/Learming unite in a brand's Promise/message and it would be a good idea if all that which was Promised earned the Trust of all you are serving. After several years research, Brand Chartering catlogued the best questions and workshops we could find so that all discipines participated in the corporate or largest brand (architecture) identifying the unique organsiaing purpose. Our top ranked question: what would the world uniquely miss if the brand ceased to exist tomorrow- probe at the 10 detailed levels of demand and service shown on the 10-win molecule above. In Brand Chartering this is a survey or set of wokshops everyone the company relies on is repsctfully encouraged to debate. If there are gaps in view these need understanding and openly resolving.

My biggest mistake was that I got a series of projects where some of the biggest brand owners in the world asked me to moderate this question. And what we found was huge conflicts in the promises te brand was making to different stakeholder in different localities. Moreover whilst grassroots teams help meetings to inno vate ways through this the further up the heirarchy the more vicious the conflicts got. In one case where the new owner of the comapny wanted this folowed through, my team had to have armed protection. In another case we came across an unsafe product whose risks had not been announced as early as they had been discovered.

In another case our model forecast that a multibilion dollar company would go bst unless its leadership team quickly behaved very differently ; they didnt, this whole professional firm wnet bust 12 quarters later. What I didnt have at that time was as simple a way as mappin g to explain that this wasn't just a communications problem, it is a valuation, maths, analysis problem. Now we have that. So these days our delivery model involves educating long-term investors and others who need to understand how expoentials benchmark if they are to make sustainable leadership decisions. In parallel, our teams of mapmakers are happy to work pro bono for communities who recognise their worldwide crsisis is recahing an exponential tipping down. We would like to open source faster because by definition our molecule is What You See is What You Get. Find me a mathematician who is prepared to argue in public that any maths could be more interconnecting with sustainability than this.

Key Operational Partnerships

Many of our most inspiring partners are citizens*netizens. Transparency is both a boundary (system *system) and an empowerment problem involving those (often with the least voice) inside. Take London for example- the city where more languages are spoken than any other. Well before 7/7 in which we lost one of my great mentors, Londoners had worked out that against our will our national government had made us the test case for the future sustainability of all multi-cultural cities. We have been inviting netizens and citizens to join us in being collaboration knowedge cities. Resilience to risks cannot be governed top-down. Critical responses need to happen from localities up and cross-culturally side to side. Wave risks like the tsunami or terrorists have no respect for where man draws boundaries around owning bits of land, nor who's the king canute. Often, it's at boundaries where the greatest risks fester. Collaboration knowledge cities offer a vital dynamic in what some social entrepreneurs call the 3rd organisational typology - which the Global Social Entrepreneur Academy called world citizen organisations and networks. This typology will need to be even more brilliant at transparency mapping than the 2 huge organisation powers it seeks to interact with and sustainably transform - the national down gov and the global corporation. But at what sorts of meeting spaces and media will mapping knowledge be propagated? So far Collaboration knowledge citizens have identified the sorts of emerging needs (pictured) to share the word, to action learn, to flow true innovation around what hierarchical big boss systems only know how to siloise.

truth city survey. You don't have to answer all questions at once; and we welcome the opportunity to learn synonyms for nearly similar communal methods for opening space to collaborate and search for what social entrepreneurs projects either need to be open sourced in this city or sponsored by twin citizens to their favourite developing country in need.

Financial Model

Various people are microfinancing it until we have educated the emergence of benchmarking movements or found a no-conflict combination of partners. But as with many knowledge-networking services, its really not money but well known opinion leaders that matter. Of course ,it would be great to train and offer mapmaking as a professional 2.0 career to more and more people. We would also have preferred to have scaled maps faster instead of reaching so periloulsy close to tipping points where they become the last chance resolution. However the same remarks, as far as we know, apply to open sourcing all globalisation transparency educational/certification methods. And what we will not do as marketing experts is waste money on paying for advertising and stuff to compete with the quasi-professional monoplies that are gaining from ruling over zero-sum economics. Timing when and how to partner transformative introductions of transparency methods is absolutely critical in terms of the most precious resources we have.

I find it weird (unintentionally corrupting) that in a transparency competition you ask so many questions about separation of value where the number 1 crisis in transparency is the way people fail to value flow- truth is about how there is more value in connections than separation - at least that's the way I read Gandhi and Einstein to name but 2 of the world's transparency greats. Worse still -ask yourself a simple maths question - how can we take economics above zero sum unless we see how to value (and trust-flow)connectivity above separation? is there globally any point in investing in social entrepreneurs unless you can open source their most life critical discoveries?

What percentage, if any, of the total operating costs does earned income (from products, services, or other fees) represent?

How is the initiative financed? Is it financially self-sustainable or profitable? How much do beneficiaries contribute?

Transparency and colaboration entrepreneurship is a public media problem. If you systematically review the work this project seeks to interconnect, you would know that this question makes little sense in this context. If we reach our goal of helping to bridge digital divides and unite colaborative world citizens, those who will reflect back on this question's context may compare it in a very small way with how was microcredit financed?

When it comes to whole truth media models required to empower and integrate transparency from every locality into a globally true world, this question is akin to how do we finance freedom of speech? Obviously there are more vital collaboration issues than who we each box up separate finacially strong pieces of truth reporting

some ideas on this which we welcome your additions to are being posted at http://hi-trust.tv/_wsn/page2.html

Please note that if you fail to value transparency as being most of all about connectivity and least of all about separating your own ownership of system changing information, then you will ultimately be part of the problem. Mathematically transparency mapping involves studying how life-critical truth information flows through boundaries, and how to reduce degrees of separation of what people with the least voine or in the most digitally divides most need to communally understand in time to individually act on. valuetrue.com

-further discussion

Which element of the program proved itself most effective?

Future History's Transparency in an era of Post-Industrial & "Glocal" Entrepreneurial Revolution (100) appears to us to have had 5 datemarks that my family has contributed loosely to:

1991 I published first of a library of books on World Class Brands Transparency - a subject that calls for an appreciation of the exact opposite truth of practice from all past mass media practices at nationally segregated levels

1984 I co-authroed with dad First Future History on Death of Distance (local to global networking Economics and entrepreneurship) - a genre aka since 2004 as World is Flat though of course its maps were questioned back in the 1930s by the likes of Orwell, Gandi and Einstein

1976 - Publication of the first of a trilogy of Entrepreneurial Revolution in The Economist by dad

1949 When dad started at The Economist having been to war before reading economics at Cambridge- 1942-1948 was a strange time for Cambrisge economist; Keynes was giving his last lectures while elderly economists who had survived the war in Britain had observed a communal resilience (or socila entrepreneurial) among the peoples that bo economics could explain. This is relevant to because today's most empwering econonmics leader manmohan Singh was to enjoy the same tutors a few years after my dad

1843- James Wilson founded The Economist to be the media that specialised in using statistics to get rid of vested interests from politics and to unse the media to debate compound future expoentials of every emerging market sector. James died before his time 10 months into a socila entrepreneurial projectin Calcutta aimed at chnaging the lost transparency of the British Raj. He was in need of the oral rehydration that BRAC might today have been able to dispense. In Scotland's hall of fame for social entrepreneurs, James stands a step beyond the reach of what our other worldwide clans have ever succeeded in mapping transparently.

Number of clients in the last year?

This question has zero relevance to open sourcing the mother of all benchmarking quality and compound truth valuation initiatives. If you seriously do not understand why, I am happy to correspond chris.macrae@yahoo.co.uk

What is the potential demand?

BE THE VALUER: What is the potential demand for social entrepreneurship? In communities afflicted by the big 4 compound crises which Larry Brilliant talks about in this video - it is all or nothing? How much easier for networkers and safer for citizens would it be to cross-culturally open source social entrepreneur franchises in places where transparency's whole truth governs, versus those that are corrupt or warring?

Do you believe that you will see (Transparency Intl Founder) Peter Eigen's wish of a simultaneous end to corruption around the world while a large majority of the world's 1000 largest organisational systems do not know how to wholly value transparency, sustainability, and goodwill's entrepreneurially pursposeful (emotionally and socially intelligent) trust-flows?

LOCAL TO GLOBAL ECONOMICS- THE ARLINGTON CONSENSUS
Also, would it be easier to sustainably interconnect the mosaics of the global academy's big 6 if the transformation of transparency in large organisational maps meant that capitalism's top decision-makers wanted to be mentored in the context applicability of all these 6 lifetime missionaries communicating whole value futures as one. Do these 6 rivers flow collaboratively into each other's appraisal of which big organisations to trust most : Beyond Corporate Responsibility*Transparency*Workers' Lives SA8000*Microcredit*Privatization/empowerment of grassroots services for families of the poorest children*Social Entrepreneurship*Social Business Stockmarket?

Scaling up Strategy

SUMMING UP
Corruption is a symptom of a compound system failure where whole truth practices are no longer governed. It festers primarily around a triangle of deadly sins from the 7 that economists, social entrepreneurs, journalists for humanity, scientists, future think tanks mapped out in 1984 -as a tribute to George Orwell and aware that sustainability exponentials' global integration challenge of every community was about to hit one generation 1984-2024

Truth's 7 Deadly Sins

Valuetrue proposes minimum trust-flow audit to rectify this global maths mistake

Partnership challenges vary by tipping points of the 7 deadly sins. They put human life at extraordinary risk around much of the above transparency triangle wherever countries believe in the fallacy that guns are a freedom or that abundant open community spaces are an unnecessary cost.

Your score card of the 7 deadly tipping points may be different than ours though in the 24 years of debating it, we advise 2015 is the best estimate of global system irreversibility; and that the transparency triangle has to be systematically developed before the 4 other consequential tipping points can be wholly reconciled. We will enjoy debating this in the conversation space below this competition entry

Expansion plan

CitizenAgency.tv, an affiate of the worldcitizen.tv network, places free ads for anyone who wants to colaborate in making travel guides to change world the most popular genre of the decade. Why do we have restaurant and hotel guides to every city but not to where you can participate with a social entrepreneur? Why don't we have civic centres (hubs, open university spaces like Johannesburg first for the world ) where everyone is invited to discuss what social entrepeneurs to search for worldwide and where those who want to be disciples of that Social Entrepreneur are elected to become alumni? Why are Al Gore and Muhammad Yunus so far the only social entrepreneurs to particpate in training 1000 citizens at a time? How can we learn from microcreditsummit's 16 different ways of interacting with participants - you don't have to own a bank to help open source microcredit; and there are many ways of collaborating around transparency than donating money!. If social entrepreneurs want to be the new heroes (a kind worldwide trusted but not superficially celebrated) they need to bring their mosaic maps to youth everywhere, and then youth will stop buying big business's prodicts where these are all image and have no sustainable connections with doing good socially. It is in my readers' and teamworkers' minds A B C obscene that many global brands spend a billion dollars a year on advertising images and next to no marketing money on reality making of doing good.

But youth united across cultures can reinvent a new whole truth marketing- even of the brand with the most globally dadicting image.. For a start, why make a hero out of a sport star if that star refuses to twin their glory with news of a rising social entrepreneurial mosaic. The cost of sharing fame with such better for the world work is marginal, and indeed superstars might themselves enjoy more sustainably rewarding lifestyles than the Jacksons, Spears, Anna Nicoles if they had found one human interest in life beyond their sport or looks or idols.

Origin of the Initiative

Analysis of Goodwill
007: I was brought up on texts like those of my father's, Peter Drucker's, Harvard's Theodore Levitt that marketers help progress humanity's needs. I worked from 1976 for 12 years on market modelling researching what local societies wanted from multinational companies. I worked on projects in 30 countries including most Asian countries. Testing companies largest innovations with customers boardrooms used to listen when our data showed a brand wasn't quite what a local society wanted. Then spreadsheets came in, numbers started taking over from whole truths - multinationals started making 90 day decisions at global levels where the numbers flowed rather than nationally. I remember this strange week. On day 1 I was told my hard work had been rewarded with a directorship. On day 7 I was told Robert Maxwell had taken over our company. I left the same day. Within three years Maxwell jumped ship having rifled his company's pension in trying to cover up some of the speculative corporate purchases he made.

After a year out writing a book "World Class Brands" asking whether we had valuation methods in place to make the new responsibilities of global corporate brands transparent, I joined Coopers and Lybrand to be their senior consultant on brand. Day 7 of my new job was a bit unnerving. I was introduced to the senior partner of our division. On his wall, there was an autographed letter from Robert Maxwell: I recommend C&L because they always do exactly what I tell them to do. (This was about a year before Maxwell jumped ship)

I persevered at Coopers & Lybrand for nearly 5 years. I found that my ways of valuing brand goodwill as involving whole system trust-flow were not what the Big 5's global accountant chose to model. They did need to make a choice because as companies globalised goodwill went from being a small % of market value compared with tangibles a company owned to being the lion's share. They chose a maths that separated goodwill into boxes not that trust-flowed it.

This background is vital as we - collaboration entrepreneurs and world citizen networkers - make a list of globalisation's inconvenient truths: Corruption the formal subject of this competition. Zero tolerance for working slavery. What HM Treasury economist Sir Nicholas Stern has called the biggest market failure of all: whether organisations have information which tells them how to value whether long-term consequences of their decisions are sustaining future human generations or ending them. None of these human truths is separable. They all flow and compound in how goodwill is appraised; how truth of knowledge is openly flowed wheresover it impacts compound life-developing or destroying consequences. Freeedom of speech as far as whole truth is systemised and networked across system boundaries

You can map back consequences of truth becoming inconvenein t or hidden in each global sector (of which the place sector of nations is just one economic power source). The problem is often not what happens within our organisation's ring fences but what responsibility we externalise. For example, it was as late as 2005 that the world's major chocolate manufacturers could sign a declaration of we have ended slavery from where we source cocoa. Prior to this cocoa had been traded as just a commodity. Only price governed its buying and selling - before 2005, no more detailed global and local system interfacing questions mapped by chocolateers.

Take 2 : to be clear while goodwill is wrongly measured vis a vis the audit criteria our work proposes , I am not accusing most boardroom members of knowing, I am revealing the state of not knowing when the machine-age model of organisation is "separability" into boxed in units, instead of simply seeing whole truth economics of organisations through flows that relate all sources of productivities and demands in mapping what futures we are revolving, collaboratively as well as competitively. Please recall: evolution of our race's civilisations and democracies have been founded on it taking 16 years or so of collaboration to mature from childhood to adult. What would ever happen to a species where its children asked truer questions on transparency than its grown ups? Since Einstein and his practitioner "Truth-action-learning" peer Gandhi, many mathematicians and architects have warned: will we pass mankind's final systems examination as networks make more and more systems interdependent- with the weakest link being the most corrupted subsystem. Unfortunately system mapping as the new Right of "serve the world" education alongside reading ,writing, arithemetic is the missing curiculum vitae at every grade 1 to 40. For example from grade 3, the US Catholic system requires children to memorise wholly non-systemic definitions of entrepreneurship. This mortal sin was commited on my daughter last year! As a counter-move, I have decided to microfinace a publication on all the advances in learning that have been made in the last 25 years which Western Schools are except with rare exceptions refusing to ever try. email chris.macrae@yahoo.co.uk if you want to be one of the first readers of this guide.

Take 3: We are living in what George Soros calls an era of fallibility -when economics forgets its origins in grassroots freedom and happiness, and entrepreneurs forget their system transformation birthright (preneur=take *entre= between as in 1800 when the asset of land was being taken back to empower the productivity of more people than France's kings or England's Corn "Lawds").

Moreover between now and 2015 we will be confronting a series of tipping points where it becomes quite possible for the first networking generation to be misled into re-engineering a globalisation that ends human sustainability. A lot depends on which way round economics of organisations integrates the system triangle illustrated below. If as women leaders usually do: we map empowerment from the micro up -integrating every locality into globalisation, the networking 21st C will be the great simultaneous leap forward for all cultures, all races. If as late 20th C man often speculatively did on and on: the titanic of globalisation economics continues to power over beings and truth from the macro top of 1000 biggest and least transparent organisations , our generation will end human sustainability about 3 generations out.

Globalisation is a system. It can only irreversibly spin one of two exponential ends. It is worth noting what the economics editor of The Economist after 35 years in the job wrote in 1984 about the main lesson for the first decade of C21:
“we now know that the macroeconomic policies which were the main stuff of democratic politics from the 1930’s to the 1990s were disgraceful chicanery”

Remember too Bagheot -the number 1 economist to work on reforming a globally corrupting empire (England) : the constitutional role of national government is to be the minimal referee, not the chief system tamperer, not the ivory tower with the least transparently rooted maps. Networks as system*system*system require that people of all ages and cultures learn system true behaviours. It can be as simple as ABC. System transformations need to be mapped from the bottom-up - to see all the truths that must co-exist in a world citizen garden of living, breathing, entrepreneurial, hi-trust, open system-truth economics.

To map, or not to be! that is the CitizenAgency Question

Main Obstacles to Scaling Up

Lack of colaboration spaces for benchmarking every compound risk and dimension of lost transparency - please help me nomnate who open what leadership spaces on this at http://hi-trust.tv/_wsn/page2.html

Main Partnership Challenges

SUMMING UP
Corruption is a symptom of a compound system failure where whole truth practices are no longer governed.

Your score card of the 7 deadly tipping points may be different than ours though in the 24 years of devating it, we advise 2015 is the best estimate of global system irreversibility; and that the transparency triangle has to be systematically developed before the 4 other consequential tipping points can be wholly reconciled.

TIPPING POINTS
Climate began in 06 with Gore & Stern & Branson
Poverty began with Nobel recognition of Yunus in 06
Health & other boundary network risks are not resolved but have an epicentre of energy in google.org's brilliant
Just as we were writing thi media's tipping point opened up at the bridge between American Idol and AfricanIdol
Learning & Peace are nowhere near tipping points though solution vectors are clear
Top people's valuation of sustainability investment can be chnaged by open sourcing this project, but will it be?
