I have participated in making Peace Tiles as well as engaging my friends in other parts of the world. Both the individual and collective experience is very positive, rewarding, and empowering. A real gift that transcends and includes all walks of life. Easy and fun to participate with.
I was first on the receiving end of a Peace Tile from an artist run co-op in Kampala, Uganda. Having since become so enamored of the whole Peace Tiles idea Ned, LLC has sponsored 12 (one year) of overseas workshops, and I've accepted a role on their board of directors.
