Thank you for the entry. I think that the use of simple and accessibly technology such as cell phones and text messages is increidibly important for tracking and dissemination of information. In reading through your entry I wandered if you had looked at how to use Dokoza as a rapid response tool that could track outbreaks of disease and then send the information and align resources to fight these outbreaks? Additionally, is there room for users to call into a centralized call center where they could have an account that may over voice messages providing more detailed information? This way they could use a regular pay phone or land line if they are out of cell phone range or their cell phone dies. I have seen this technique used very effectively in some areas to provide more detailed information and allow the users to even interact with each other my leaving voice mails that are relevant for users in certain demographics (especially demographic areas or health conditions).
