I've seen a similar proposal in this list - also from the US - and I'll add the same comment here as there. I work on a highvolume political weblog in Northern Ireland and I'm currently bidding for funding on a similar project from elsewhere. I'd be interested in discussing the outcome of this bid with you if it's successful?
