I love your project! I think you are doing amazing work in field where nothing is being done. So innovative! Where do you employ your young people? Do you only employ them within Project WHAT? Maybe you can partner with some other local organizations that would be willing to give your young people good work opportunities.
Also, it would be great if you stayed in touch with your members over time and see how you impact them...

Hi Romina and Kristina, I'm an adult ally to Project WHAT youth, and also excited to hear you like the project Romina. I just wanted to add some information about alumni...just last year some of the youth who had been involved in Project WHAT for a few years decided to create an "alumni network" as a way for them to stay connected with the project's work. They are planning to hold an alumni event 1-2 times a year and be guest speakers at Project WHAT presentations. Maybe we'll be lucky enough for some of the alumni to log in and comment themselves =)
