I noticed in your project plan that you mention that you need to rent a U-Haul truck to transport all of the computers. I imagine this is quite expensive. Have you thought about reaching out to potential volunteers who might have a truck or van that you could use for transportation? This might save your organization some money and also give someone the opportunity to contribute in a small way.
I think if you thought a bit more about your effectiveness and impact it could help your application a lot. Maybe you can think about how many people you train or a percentage of senior residents you help in each house...
