The Miracle Foundation offers people an awesome and unique way to travel in India while truly doing something remarkable for orphaned children. This experience will change your life in a direct and meaningful way. I hope you choose to vote for The Miracle Foundation and make an impact on the lives of children around the globe.

I traveled to India with my girlfriend. Wow what a life changing experience. It makes you realize how spoiled we here in America really are. I don't take for granted anymore things like hot running water or a meal 3 times a day or air conditioning. I also had a bigger realization. That there is more important things in life than a new car or lots of new clothes to wear. There is kids out there....That just need food and shelter. I was so impressed with the Miracle Foundation and their love for All kids. Kids are like little sponges. They want to learn and are eager to take on any task. The fact that you actually meet the child you sponsor is such a plus. It makes you feel special and makes your child feel like he or she has someone on their side as well. Thanks to the Miracle Foundation for giving me the chance to make a difference in a child's life....including my own

I am proud to be a volunteer for The Miracle Foundation. Your vote can help this amazing organization continue its mission of helping one orphan at a time through its Global Ambassador Program. Our ambassadors enjoy direct contact with the community we serve while visiting our orphanages and in turn bring their experience home to share with their friends and family, thus expanding the support for children in need in India. Please take the time to vote for this wonderful group so that the exposure from this competition can lead to greater opportunities for the orphans of India. Your vote truly can impact a child, so vote now! :)

I have traveled to many places in the world but my adventure to India with the Miracle Foundation was the most fulfilling experience of my life. Not only did I make a positive shift in my own life but I got to see for myself what an incredibly well run operation the Miracle Foundation is. To have had the privilege to be part of the lives of those children for a week or so made my heart sing - I cant speak highly enough of the people serving these children in India - thank you for the journey.

The Miracle Foundation has completely changed my life. I have traveled 3 times to visit their orphanages, and I now know every child's name, have held their hands, and have been touched by their smiles. My perspective on traveling has completely changed, and I encourage everyone I know to try and do the same. My whole family has been to India with The Miracle Foundation along with dozens of friends. The experience is also educational in that you learn and see things deep in the heart of India that you never could on an ordinary trip. What's truly wonderful, is that the money I spend on this trip goes directly to help these orphans live and survive. I plan to return every year, and I hope others will also want to experience this life-changing trip.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about my past two trips to India with the Miracle Foundation. I don't know how to put into words the way my heart feels when a precious little orphan crawls into my lap and pulls my arms tight around their little body. The joy you see in these children's faces as you color with them, sing with them, and dance with them is an amazing thing. This is the kind of trip that can completely change your priorities in life and bring you a happiness like maybe you've never known. On a completely different note, I have traveled all over the world and never experienced a country quite like I did India on these trips. I had moments where I felt like I was in the pages of National Geographic. I cannot wait to return next year with my fiance and share with him the most fulfilling trip we'll probably ever take together. So please vote for this miraculous organization, help children who can't help themselves, and maybe even considering making this amazing voyage for yourself.

Hi,

Interesting model you have here, and a great way of engaging donors.

I would really like to see some information on your child protection policies and strategies in relation to volunteers/sponsors/Ambassadors.  I would love to understand how you incorporate prevention tools into your recruitment process.

I traveled to India last summer with the IMPACT Travel Student-Ambassador program, and my life was changed forever.  The poverty that I saw was unlike anything I had ever seen before-- I was moved to tears at the sight of the overwhelming problems we sought to better as we traveled from the cities to the rural areas. However, once I came into contact with the children at Sooch Village and the other orphanages, I knew that my traveling so far was with real purpose and impact.  Playing with those kids and seeing how the Miracle Foundation has transformed their lives moved me to tears again, but this time out of happiness!  They have delicious food, loving house mothers, and an opportunity to break the cycle of poverty that they were born into. It was hard to leave them, but I plan to work for their cause from here in the states as well as return to India soon. Also, the people that lead these trips to the orphanages (like Barbara!) are AWESOME and make it most rewarding experience possible. GO MIRACLE FOUNDATION!

Best thing about this program is that everyone wins...the orphans get to meet people who love them and they admire,  volunteers get to spend time with and help the poorest of the poor, local villagers win because volunteers buy crafts and food from them, the organization wins because volunteers come back to America and spread the word about the work they're doing.

I look forward one day to visiting India to meet my foster child.  The main emphasis that impresses me about the Miracle Foundation program is the education.  All the children attend school and are encouraged to plan for university.  These are the children such as the ones depicted in "Slumdog Millionaire" who normally do not attend school.  These are homeless children some with no parents and others whose parents cannot support them.  My contribution to Baby Rose every month will enable her to break the cycle of poverty.  And the Miracle Foundation is growing every day.  The tireless workers are really on a mission!!  They should be supported in any way possible.  Lanette Smith Joubert, Corpus Christi, Texas

Hi Aussie - didn't catch the name
We originally signed up for a competition so I wasn't aware that we were still discussing our work in this venue.

Our tours are busier than ever - a true testament to our mission and the amazing kids people get to meet.

What aspect are you interested in?
