The volunteers in our MindSET program are mainly junior and senior engineering students at colleges and universities.
We have advisors (usually college professors) that provide the continuity of the program from year-to-year. We also have local alumni that provide support and contacts at the schools.

Can you elaborate on the role of volunteers in this program? Will they work with students regularly? Most importantly, WHO are the volunteers?
