This discussion is about Food for Good.
This is a great initiative! I feel like local companies or entrepreneurs would be interested in or able to copy the "healthy ice cream truck" model. Is there a stage/scenario where Food for Good would enable that? I ask because, to me, this sort of idea lends itself very well to social franchising, both as a way to increase scale of impact but also - through two-way relationships with franchisees - build up a base of local insights and expertise. In any case, I'd love to hear your thoughts on how this ideas reaches its "full market potential."
