Dear Ms. Rockingham:

We are thrilled about the potential of your project, how easily are these tests distributed? How much training would be required for those administering these tests? It clearly eliminates the need for individuals to visit a doctor, which is highly prohibitive in many developing countries. We can also see potential of this working in the US - CD4 tests and results maintained by individuals as diabetics do their glucose counts today.

Thank you in advance for your response!

POtential is great- sounds like the distribution network already exists in many places. IS the system for training, data collection and tracking already in place?

The delivery of health care can be challenging at the best of times. My favorite disruptive technology in the delivery of health care has been online pharmacies which enable people to procure medicines at a lower cost than they can in their home markets. I have been using www.aids-drugs-online.com to buy generic aids drugs for three years now! Generic atripla is a great combo pill, and is a fraction of the price.
