In my view at least, there seems to be great potential for synergy between your tremendously promising innovation in use of telephone consulation and the Health-e-Access telemedicine model that we have developed and evaluated. Health-e-Access is designed to address the illness that, after telephone evaluation, warrants medical assessment but is not so severe as to be classified, from a physician's perspective, as a true medical emergency.
