2. Creating a trained cadre of young professionals who will be able to run such an enterprise and allow a grass roots development in the country of adoption.

While the risks are moderate, the rewards are high since any society with such a system will be rewarded in many ways like creating the sense of fulfillment by the social entrepreneurs while earning a living, starting a grass roots organization that can take on changes for improving the living conditions in their operational areas.
