I have read articles about reducing the risk of Chronic Liver Disease by drinking 2 cups of coffee/tea per day. My understanding is that the caffeine becomes the detoxifying agent in the liver. In coffee, caffeine is the chemical responsible for suppressing the appetite. Caffeine also holds some benefits for people with asthma as a temporary bronchial dilator. But caffeine as a drug could be dangerously overused, especially by young people. Green coffee beans are not yet roasted or under roasted and have a wonderful earthy taste. I agree that organic and natural are always the better choices and yes, the mindset of the people in the world do need to change physically, mentally, and spiritually. I am with you in achieving this goal through helping others. Best regards. - Ralph
