I am looking to build an ideal society where everyone contributes to the society. This includes rich, middle class, as well as poor. Once, everybody starts sharing some % of their money (salary, business profit, etc.) back to the society we can just relax and enjoy the environment of this ideal society. We will start with a self driven business and organization to spread education and then can take this up to next level. The whole idea is to educate everyone using their own money and make them self sufficient so that they have enough money to contribute back.

What change do you want to bring to the world?
I am looking to build an ideal society where everyone contributes to the society. This includes rich, middle class, as well as poor. Once, everybody starts sharing some % of their money (salary, business profit, etc.) back to the society we can just relax and enjoy the environment of this ideal society. We will start with a self driven business and organization to spread education and then can take this up to next level. The whole idea is to educate everyone using their own money and make them self sufficient so that they have enough money to contribute back.
What are the primary activities of your project?
This is to set-up a social business related to agro and agro products. Here, we will use wastage of one business as raw material of next. Since, this is related to agriculture we will directly make impact to the life of poor people. This business will be self sustaining and will also help run an organization where poor children will be provided best possible education so that they and their families will be out of poverty forever. Profit from business will be used to run this organization.
Here we will build a culture where everyone (rich, poor, or middle class) will contribute some part of their salary (could be 1%, 2% or 100%) for this organization. Individuals through direct contacts and advertisements will be reached for contribution too. Also, those who are getting benefited from the organization and get decent education, job, etc. will also contribute back. This was though slowly we will make a change and positive impact to society.
What is innovative about your initiative? How is it a new contribution to the field?
The Idea is innovative in the sense that it is society friendly, start from roots, and environment friendly. We can start with a small dairy business, use waste of dairy business to generate bio-gas, use bio-gas to run small hotels and food chains, use slurry from bio-gas in growing chemical free crops, use wastage of food business, with slurry to generate organic manure, etc. This was wastage of one is raw material for another. Also, all the profit of the business will either be used to up scale the business or for the organization where we will provide best possible education to poor children. It will not like other societies where we will just provide basic amities to one generation and help them just live their life. We will make them rich so that they and their next generations are out of poverty and hunger forever. Also, they will be able to contribute back to society. It is about bringing a culture.

I am from a small town in India and working in US now. I have seen poverty through my eyes and like to contribute my life for the society.
I have also worked with an agro industry that deals with organic manure manufacturing. I have also started a small food business in a metro city in India. I am working in IT MNC and want to take everyone in world out of poverty. I have already bought some land in a village in India to help the project. Since, I am pretty young (27 years old) I can take this really long. My self-motivation, enthusiasm, as well as familiarity with root problem in society will help me take this to next level and everyone in society.
Share the story of the founder and what inspired the founder to start this project
I am from a Middle Class Indian Family. I am from a small town in India and seen people struggling with poverty, and hunger. I am earning very decent salary now and working in US for an MNC. But I wish to bring change in society and remove poverty. I am ready to leave my high paying job and do this for the society.
I am already part of my organization foundation where they help poor people by providing them some basic amenities. But I feel though this can help them live but it will neither lift them nor their future generations out of poverty. Again their children will depend on someone for these basic needs. So, the best way is to make them self sufficient and rich enough so that they as well as their coming generations are out of poverty forever.

Please describe how your project has been successful and how that success is measured
The project is useful as this will not be just dependent of the money contribution from society. It itself will run on whole business which has a huge potential to make profit, and provide employment to poor section of society. Also, this will bring a change in society by make them realize that everybody should contribute to the society. Also, the beneficiary’s form this organization will also contribute back thus increasing the helping hands with time.

How will your project evolve over the next three years?
This project is designed in such a way that it will grow over a period of time. This organization will majorly rely on underlined business. The business will grow with time as it has multiple phases. The first phase starts from Dairy industry, then bio-gas generation, then food supply/chain, then organic manure manufacturing, and then organic farming/farming. This has a huge potential and is fully based on zero waste and the profit % will grow with business. The more the profit we get from the business, the more employment opportunities we will generate and we will able to educate more poor children. Good education is the only solution to take someone and their family out of poverty for forever and here we will concentrate on that only.
Sustainability
What barriers might hinder the success of your project and how do you plan to overcome them?
There are few challenges here –
1. First and foremost is funding to start this up. I have already started saving from my income and started purchasing land in rural India for this but starting on my own could take time.
2. Second is really to convince poor families’ to send their children for best education rather them putting into some low wage job at the age of 10. This is the major problem with poor families as they always think of present and do not have faith in future.
For first thing, I have already convinced few of my friends, and will convince many more to contribute some % if their salaries for this. Many of them are ready to do that once I stat this up.
For second challenge, this model itself will help. The underlined business will help them get a job so that they need not put their children in jobs, and the profit from business will help provide best possible education to their children. This way they will have fear too that if they take their children out of education they might lose their jobs also. Thus, we will able to provide them education and then they as well as their future generations will be out of poverty forever.

Lack of Education.
This will help adult members of poor family to get the job and in parallel will help children get best level of education. Thus making sure that the chidren need to depend on any such organization in future. They and their future generation will be out of poverty for forever.

With the use of technology we can make sure the profit from busines is max thus helping more and more children get educated and self sufficient.
