Establish a computer classroom with internet access that will reach as many students and as many other people in the community as possible.  Create a model that will make it sustainable long term, since no Senegal governmental assistance available for computer classrooms.

Provide annual scholarships to the poorest girls to keep them in school. starting from the first grade.

Reason:
This project is innovative and creates a model that can provide a way to create sustainable classrooms where there is no government or non-governmental funding available.
