From Loudmouth's website:
Founded by Chris Cowan and Eleanor Bryson in 1994, Loudmouth has an extensive background in educative theatre with its work having reached over 200,000 children and young people.
[One of their programmes,] "Helping Hands" is a sensitive theatre in education programme that looks at ‘what is a good or bad relationship?’ This well researched and carefully structured programme helps children’s understanding of bullying and control before gently introducing the concept of domestic abuse.
Reason:
This well-structured programme tackles issues of bullying through theatre and interactive workshops. It can be catered to suit the needs of primary school students. This programme aligns nicely with the Empathy Competition's Mattel prize, which seeks to fund projects that have a "play" component to them.
