Smart Phones Only?
Good idea for sharing the specialized talents of folks who own such devices around the world. That's rather a rarefied group and limits the volunteerism to those well-heeled folk. Would their contributed services then be considered tax-deductible for the individuals participating? I am no technophile, but does that not exclude the "rest of us" which constitute the majority of the world who only can afford plain old cellphones and yet also would like to do community service work? Are there plans to incorporate everyone into the picture?
Targeting (primarily) business-class people and the better-heeled makes my antennae go up . I've done enough research into "non-profit" to come away with a few questions about the actual selflessness involved as opposed to the inferred altruistic definition of that label. Since our family physician's medical group is now considered "non-profit" but the status change affected the expensive office visit costs not a whit, not to mention the fact that this "non-profit" provides quite hefty salaries for the staff and huge year-end bonuses for performance, I have developed a healthy skepticism about non-profits in general, especially those targeting business-class and list "consulting fees" and advertising as future income streams.
What is the major expense annotated in the proposed $275,000 and $287,000 budget? And how much of that budget is to be allocated for executive salaries or bonuses? No offense intended, just a niggling concern.
The idea itself is quite lofty and worthy of compliment, however.

their great open source software (I understand both sets of software are
open source:)
If it were possible to link this software with the open source
microfinance software people can give/lend money AND give
advice/support/Knowledge (which can be given both ways) AS WELL AS
collaboration between teams to solve different problems in the most

If this sounds of interest it would be great to use the software to
create a Microfinance collaboration platform that uses this not for
profit / cooperative business model http://www.Traidmark.org where any
surplus funds generated are then invested in NEW Innovative not for
profit enterprise using the same model.

Can I propose the Business structure that creates an aditional USP so
you can beat any competitors in the field.
I would like to propose a way to create an additional USP that will benefit* any organisation by creating the cumulative mass needed to make your business a success by donating 100% of your companies Net profit to innovative charitable work.
*Increased goodwill with the financial benefits that lead to rapid
growth which causes a rapid increase in profit which leads to an
increase in performance related pay for all involved.
This would create a USP that your competitors will not be able to
compete against allowing you to grow rapidly taking market share as you
gain consumer goodwill. This will allow hard work to be rewarded with
performance related pay.
