On May 11, 2009, the judges reviewed the entries for the Changemakers “Designing for Better Health” competition and would like to pass on the following feedback (listed below) for your entry. Thank you for applying and for your hard work in the field. We are excited to archive your entry to serve as a leading solution for the worldwide community of innovators who are seeking solutions that help people make better choices regarding their health and the health of others. We wish you continued luck with your innovative, sustainable, and socially impactful initiatives.

All the best, The Changemakers Team

“Impressively high impact for that community! There was a lot described on the operational process of collective the waste, but there was considerably less information given about how many parents actually grow their own food. Do you know if the activity was just as effective as using that time to be employed? Can you talk a little more about the potential for long-term user buy-in and how to manage that aspect of your idea?” You have some great partnerships, with good self-sustaining aspects.

“Also, you have an incredible idea but can you tell me a little bit more about your “nudge” characteristics? What is the innovative little push that encourages people to change their behavior to promote better health?”
