Kristina CorvinWagner School of Public Service, New York University, United States I am a Hungarian and an American citizen, and growing up in a bicultural household has helped me to see the world beyond human-made borders. I have lived in four countries, where I worked in a refugee camp, as a preschool teacher, a researcher, and studied in a variety of settings. |

Rubina KhanWagner School of Public Health, New York University, United States Growing up in Pakistan and becoming a US citizen have highlighted the issues of health and economic disparities in both developing and industrialized countries. I have provided patient care in the emergency department in a community hospital in New York. This hospital provides care for the underserved, and the population is linguistically and culturally diverse. I just completed field work for a project on nutrition in India, along with other colleagues from NYU. |

Hanan NassauWagner School of Public Service, New York University, United States I am a second year graduate student at the Robert F. Wagner Graduate School of Public Service at New York University. In May, I will graduate with my Masters in Public Administration with a focus on international public and nonprofit management and policy. I hope to have the chance to apply my skills in a way that supports community development in India. I spent part of the summer working for the Global Alliance for Improved Nutrition (GAIN) in India and will return in January to work for a yet to-be-determined Indian corporation engaged in corporate social responsibility activities.
