What makes your idea unique?
Junk food spread todays and reaching home by telephone, the vegetables grown in a soil without any nutrients how to give its vitality to human being? The full of pesticide fruits , what do you expect from it ? the processed food that filled with preservatives, carrier materials and colors, is it good for unurishment or .. ? I think the appropriate solution for mentioned problems is to get a fresh plant full of natural nutrients, easy to get the sap or latex out of Aloe vera leaves to get a safe and pure nutritional material. This material is affordable and safe. Aloe vera, this wonder plant will influencing the precious thing we have or health . The project is targeting the poor peopel and help them to cmopete with lack of good nutrients in their food. The plant is easy to grow easy to handled fresh, just to raise the awareness and an easy access to get it.

What impact have you had?
Aloin free and fresh gel will help not only to Egyptian population but will also be useful across all Africa continent• While potential direct impact would be an ingredient in food, it will also be helpful in creating livelihood through replication of processing and marketing on aloe vera value chain
• The health, economic and social status of targeted population may improve through Aloe vera fresh consumptions keep and thus many diseases and disorders at bay.
• Intake of Aloe vera will help the disease prone populations both in urban and rural areas due to their therapeutical value.
• The indirect benefit will be sustainability of aloe vera cultivation in dry land and waste land regions of the country.
• Rural entrepreneurship in Aloe vera processing and marketing will help in reducing migration to urban areas through enhanced employment and income generation.
• The increased use of aloe products in the preparation of traditional medicine, will, inturn, enhances the health and life style of rural and poor people.
Problem
Some of problems : The desertification and dryness could be solved by cultivation of Aloe vera as it will better utilize in the dry and waste land of a country 95% of its land is desert.
Lack of awareness among poor farmers could be raised when they touch a better economic returns and health improving just through a plant cultivation.
Actions
Action plans was approved for development this plant, by promoting aloe cultivation and aloe fresh using as a socio-economic aspects with primary and simple way of processing. Interactive workshops for farmers in situ includes both presentation and practical know how. Farmer’s awareness programs and training on the adoption of Aloe vera crop, sub-sequent product development, best management practices and marketing related issues will be conducted for the participating farmers.
Results
Holistic crop management and extension services to farmers are done in a Demo-plot parcel of desert land.
Many womens particularly of harvesters are becoming users the gel orally as a new behaviour after its traditionally external usages in skin.
Many desert reclaimers are asking for aloe green seedlings to cultivate and practice them.

Year 2010 :
This plant is going to be more successful because we will have more repeat seekers for this fresh food supplement because they continue suffering of junk food by taken by their teenagers and youngmens.
Year 2011 :
The acerage planted with this plant wil reach 100 acre after the 5 acre demo plot in 1999.
Year 2012 :
By harvesting 100.000 plants/year this volume of leaf production in need to high scale processing factory and Internationl Aloe Certificate.

The process way and industry of Aloe vera are a heavey protected by patents, the mass production of plants in need to process and fly across boundries, the raw leaves couldn't fly, a processing unit in need a big investment , high tech and know how to exit its simplest fresh use of gel.
