Whether or not you "win" let us proceed to move the idea along as much as possible. I recommend you join the International Network to Promote Household Water Treatment and Safe Storage of the World Health Organization
http://www.who.int/household_water/en/
and try to get to their meeting in Ghana in June. Under the WHO auspices they provide much needed assistance, orientation and networking possibilities.

Thanks Ron, yes it is exactly how I feel, we need to push that idea along, with all NGOs that are motivated. My advisor at the World Bank Mexico likes the idea a lot, so it is a good start!
I supposedly joined the WHO Network to Promote Household Water Treatment and Safe Storage and did the registration and all of that, but apparently the person that supervised the process there did not finally add my organization to the list. Do you have a contact there that I can ask to include Niparaja in the list of participating organizations?
