I believe that civil society and lay knowledge will change health care in developing countries. My goal is to become obsolete.

Caitlin feels a fondness and connection to:

Sikoroni, Bamako, Mali. Sikoroni is intensely disenfranchised, a slum that sees the worst of the rural and urban worlds. And yet, the people are passionate, involved, social, and have perseverance.

Caitlin passionately wants to change:

I want a huge expansion in funding for international health, but with a strong priority to support small-budget local organizations.
