Nubis function as a link between every person that is interested in writing and a community of readers, this internet tool will help the author in the publication, promotion and sales.
In Nubis we think that there’s a book for every type of person, that’s why an important thing of the platform, is that will be set up on a social network, so would be able to make matches between the interests of users and books of new authors, the user will have the free trial of the book that consist of 2 chapters.
There are two ways of supporting new authors, buying whole e-book or voting for publishing the book, when a book is publish for every physical book sold we would give a copy to a rural library.
The main idea is to try to make reading more attractive so there will be some “trailers of books” trying to promote books that have more votes, so they could have more chance in the books stores.

Problema

In Mexico we read on average just 1.5 books per year, in Nubis we see reading as a change factor of our community, that’s why we try to support new authors and try to give more choices to people that like reading as well as giving books rural areas.

Solución

Authors would have a real chance of giving their works promotion and even achieve the publication of their books. The reading community will give a space for readers to interact with users of other parts of the country, give reviews of book, recomndations and would receive special recomendations from nubis depending on their interest.

Author sign up, upload their book giving tags of content and other info about the book and sets a price - Nubis promote the book in the community - People in the community that have matches with the book tags will be notificated of the new book, they will be able to read the free trial version, and buy it or vote for it so it can be publish, every 2 months the book with more votes will be publish and for every physical book sold a book would be given to a rural library.
