Students and parents ignorant about value of the talent possessed by the kid, sometimes they even fail to identify the hidden talent. Even if there are someone who identified they talent, there is no support system which motivates students to pursue their passion. All the stake holders like parents , teachers, school work individually without proper focus or plan. Students don't know why they are studying ,what they have to learn to get into a particular career,neither they know what they’ll be doing once they get into a particular career. This ends up in getting into a wrong career.

Eg a student is interested in painting but he feels insecure to pursue his passion , he don't know how to convert this interest into a professional skill, neither he knows the job opportunities of market demand. With our Info service we make parents and student aware about the opportunities in animation and media industries which need creative skills. Then we inform them about various courses/events happening in an around the city which can help students nurture that talent into a professional. Analyze students performance in these events and help students evaluate themselves with the competition outside. Once the student has nurtured the skill and is confident of his skill we connect him with industry and give a feel of the job options through industry visits / internship. Then we connect with subject experts who can mentor students in the right path to attain a job of their choice. By the time the student passes out from school he'll have a clear idea his strengths and weakness as well as the career which suits him best.
