I really enjoyed reading your entry -- you have a great idea, and I especially like how you are taking a problem (old and abandoned cars) and turning it into a solution (new coral reefs). I think that one step you could take to move towards making your idea a reality is to identify and connect with local organizations in Jamaica who could provide the local knowledge necessary to carry out a project like this.
