I really admire your teams idea. I'm wondering how your "trainers" are giving back to the community. In other words, providing conflict resolution great to people is great but how will you get the larger community involved. Maybe you want to think about how you can have both small training events but also bigger "peace building" events that anyone can attend. From my personal experience in the conflict resolution field sometimes people are a little worried about attending a "conflict resolution" training and I know that a lot of peace building many times happens in other environments just by bring people together to interact. Just a thought.
