Hi Alex,

What you and your team is doing is great. I saw the video and was really glad to see someone doing something about E-waste which is not recycled at all even in countries like the United States which is so advanced when it comes to technology.

It doesn't happen much in India too but there is this organization called Saahas which does E-waste management in the Indian Silicon Valley of Bangalore. Maybe you should try tying up with them. You should also try contacting really big corporates who consume so much more electronics. Linkedin is that website where you should find their contact information.

All the best. Keep up the good work and if there is any help that I can do out here in Singapore for you, please feel free to let me know. I moved to Singapore from India just a week ago so I am not sure what I can do but lets see. This is a subject I am really interested in.

Best wishes.

Thanks for your comments!

We are trying to spread the word and expand our project, to participate in the awards such as this one certainly helps a lot. For example, I can reach out to you on the other side of the earth to support this project.

While finding the large companies to sponsor the program, experience has taught us that the process would become a lot easier if we can reach the decision making people inside the corporations. The chance that they will respond to our emails is sometimes pretty slim and they are also very hard to reach by phone. Please let me know if you know some of the key persons in any of the big companies you think may be interested to support our project. We currently have a list of schools in Africa waiting to get the computer centers and we are trying hard to help them to find sponsors.

Thanks again for your suggestions,
Alex

I'm also glad to see that you guys are gettin' rid of all this e-waste. I actually did a similar project with my college with my professor Mr. Petrucci and his colleague Mr. Gilbert but thats another story for another day.

Best wishes,
