The group of 9 companies is meeting to share best practices on how to integrate the efforts related to health, safety, sustainability and stewardship in their companies. We are looking for ways to get the field employee and home involved and educated about health, safety, sustainability. We are using some innovative viral tools, (Every Monday Matters.com) to establish more interest in the topics and encourage the employee to share this message with those at home. The usual communication channels are being used (newsletters, payroll stuffers, etc) to educate and train. The process includes individaul company assessment processes, planning sessions, etc.
The companies involved include: Affinity Health System, Miron Construction Company, Faith Technologies, McClone Insurance Group, Carew Concrete & Supply, Co., Werner Electric Supply, Goodwill NCW, Community First Credit Union and MBM.
