Hello fellow change makers,
I really want all form of comments to develop this notion because i wish to do my best to cut down the high mortality rate resulting from negligence and medical malpractices in a developing nation as Nigeria. Your comments are very useful in actualizing this notion!

Abdulkadir -

This is a great step in hopefully making some very much needed changes in the Nigerian healthcare system but most importantly to meet the health needs of your community. Right now the concept is in your mind and you are passionate about it - moving forward to work on implementing, have you thought about polling those in your community to get feedback on what they would like to see changed as far as their care?

You obviously point out some very valid points such as medical malpractice - another step may be to put together some data on how many people in your community want/need a certain aspect of their healthcare experience changed. That way, you can move forward in developing specific areas of the patient/physician dynamic to be changed.

Looking forward to hearing more about where your thoughts are!

Dear Andre,
I appreciate your point of observation and i absorbe the terse content and will be working on that soon. Meanwhile, the health care delivery system in Nigeria is enormously bizarre for the fact that the rural communities that actually need the best of healthcare are kept abeyance, owing to Nigeria peculiar factors. Notwithstanding, i want to mention that the rural people appear to be blindfolded in term of their healthcare and are keen to uphold any motion that will forestore proper healthcare and promote health in Nigeria. The reality of Nigeria healthcare system is obvious in tertiary centers as ABUTH, however what was lacking is the best approach of intervention which prompted the Doctor-patient Initiative to take it's effect. Although, Nigerians know no way to revolution but they do cherish revolution when they see one!
Thanks
