Implantar um roteiro gastronômico não é tarefa fácil, articulações permanentes com os atores locais para identificar os potenciais turísticos, culturais e gastronômicos da localidade. Para isso é necessário ainda, estabelecer parcerias com empreendimentos do setor, instituições de ensino e também com a governança local e secretarias de turismo dos municípios que farão parte do roteiro. Objetivando o desenvolvimento sustentável através do turismo gastronômico e cultural. Usando o roteiro gastronômico como indutor de desenvolvimento sustentável dentro da cadeia produtiva do turismo, pois neles existem elos que interagem efetivamente na integração dos atores e agentes produtivos.
