GREEN ENERGY SOLUTIONS

Hello gentle people, I started this group to talk about Green and renewable energy and how the message and training for the technology is being transferred to youth for the future. Of course, any topic regarding Green energy is welcome -  ----------------------------------------------------------------In America we are still behind many Asian and European communities on the importance of saving water, reducing fossil fuels in our cars and recycling existing resources - so please submit your solutions because we are in need of your advice.I live in Fort Worth, Texas, USA. I have brought renewable, Green energy professionals and our youth, who need jobs. The goal is to encourage and offer the youth a way to learn about new and innovation renewable energy and how it will improve the world.We have many youth that have no jobs and they have no occupational training from school. The youth are destined to repeat the same choices of occupations as their parents. Many parents must leave our area to work in the same jobs that their parents had.I want to see that the youth are introduced to a new world of occupational choices in the fields of renewable energy and Green choices (wind power, solar power, alternative fuels, alternative construction techniques to save energy and retrofitting existing older homes to match higher energy efficiency standards.  My plan is to connect professionals in a variety of renewable energy fields who will bring in youth as assistants, trainees and apprenticeships.In our area we need more plumbers who want to retrofit our old full size water heaters into tankless water heaters (like the Europeans have had for years.) We need building contractors and insulation specialists to teach the youth about the advantages that using Green choices can have. We need more solar energy specialists to jnstall solar panels on the houses. We most importantly need more contractors to see the importance of conecting to our youth now so that the youth can be trained in these fields for the future.
