I know that much is being done now to develop sims and advanced technologies to train surgeons, health care personnel and others who might be called in to provide medical aid in an emergency. Thus, it would help if you would provide more detailed information both about your work and how your work differs from that being done by others. (Much of that work, in the US, is centered in the military but it does (I believe) extend outward to include many, many others.)
