You mentioned in your entry that lack of qualified personnel would prevent this program from running effectively. How specifically do you plan to recruit, train, and sustain qualified health workers in your program area?
Sorry, perhaps I didn't explain well that partnership. Is the partnership between the government and the partners like ONGs and others organization operating in my area.
How to do it, is to show them the magnitude of the problem related to maternal health and aware then of it. After that they may increase or reinforce the activities related to maternal health or doing robbing to others partners who have the objectives related to that issue.
You ask about the qualified personnel.
Plan for recruitment is easy because we have now 5 schools of A1 midwives in all country and recruitment will be done among them.
Training will be done just before the beginning of the job on Emergency obstetrics (EmoC) and this will be done each year
For you question of sustain the qualified health workers in my program area, I will need to give them fair salary because it's in the rural area, incentives (all kind of incentives) and regularly trainings
