Your idea is really important for ensuring a healthy pregnancy through proper nutrition, which can be easily integrated into routine visits. I am wondering what your thoughts are about two things when thinking about scalability to implement a program like this in other countries outside the U.S. 1) What alternative vehicles of delivery could be used if doctors/ clinics/ are not available to certain target communities? 2) How could the program's nutrition/ diet program be adapted within each cultural context? Especially with both obesity on the rise in developing countries, as well as malnutiriton and poor prenatal diet, your idea could be quite applicable to the international community beyond the U.S.
