In addition to other distance education strategies, we propose an approach to youth with a dynamic language such as animations, educational games, videos and other interactive applications. This way we make more attractive fundamental issues of project management such as social participation, resource management, human rights, gender equity and environment.

What will be the impact of your idea?
Our ideas are focused on young people, most importantly those who are promoters and entrepreneurs in community projects, like those who participate in programs as Tlalana, from Adeco, or Avancemos from Ashoka.
The most valuable thing is that young people engage management processes and undertake projects, the main question might be: what values are reproduced by these projects? And how is that implemented? Therefore training that includes different topics for proper implementation of projects is essential. This training has to be based on practical situations and daily youth activities so that they can have really useful tools to apply in their action.
In addition to providing tools, the Capacitódromo encourages dialogue and knowledge of other people's vision, thereby it promotes diversity, tolerance and cooperation, strengthening youth networks and allows awareness on issues of social inequality and human rights.
Who will help you develop your idea? Why are you the one to make this happen?
Three teams are needed for developing our idea. The first team would be responsible for designing activities and gathering stories of young people and elements from their context that will give meaning to them. This team shall be composed by people working for Tlalana who have experience working with youth, educational processes and educational materials. The second team will provide artistic and visual inputs. It will be composed by visual artists or people experienced in specific fields and that have participated in social projects. The technical team will be people with knowledge to plan and lead activities from the resulting network.
I´m a good person to undertake this project because I have 13 years of experience in community processes, education, and youth. I participated as an educator, trainer and coordinator. I have also participated in the consolidation of youth organizations and networks, through which I met potential partners.
How much will it cost to launch your idea? (This can be an estimate)
Costs are considered by each section or activity that is added to capacitódromo. It intends to do in the first 20 sections, each will invest $ 404.2 for didactics and contents and $ 808.4 for artistic creation.
This is a total of approximately $ 8.084 $ for the first item and $ 16,168 for second. When we add the investment budget support estimated at $ 16467, taking a total of $ 30,710. This budget does not consider the coordination costs as they are a Tlalana program's input.
