1) Allow different talents and skills to be offered as a livelihood for individuals in a collective site. Offer an easy to use site for craftsmen to post services.
2) Become a focal source of reliable workers for others to seek

earn a living doing so. Create an environment for us all to depend on each other for skills needed so that we lean on each other and share what we are each good at.

It needs to become common for each of us to rely on and need each other to create sustainable communities. We cannot push each other aside. We cannot allow inhuman and far-reaching corporations to override our land rights or harness our personal talents.
What are the three most important actions needed to grow your initiative or organization?
1)Take away some of the human-person rights of corporations
2)Allow individuals or co-ops to register their talents and skills for sale
3)Encourage consumers to understand fair trade and craftsmen

What was the defining moment that led you to this innovation?
Talking to people who had no idea that things were more personal in the past and that we as people had much more control over our lives. We were not relying on companies and faceless entities to tell us how to live. We can be self-reliant and seeking money and livlihood is not hopeless.
Tell us about the social innovator behind this idea.
Loving the idea of respect for talent, I found myself uncovering the seeds of the past movement of the Arts and Crafts Movement dating from the late 19th Century. Many phases and faces later, it still exists in its' core as the Green Movement, the Organic Movement, The Locality Movement, the Community Dollar Movement, and many many more. It needs to be united and strengthened.
